Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their friendly and supportive Residential Property team. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a busy workload. You should be confident, approachable, and professional, with good communication skills both over the phone and in person, and a solid working knowledge of Word.

  • Audio and copy typing of correspondence, legal forms and quotes.
  • Answering telephone calls politely and efficiently.
  • Performing general administrative tasks, including photocopying, updating client records, and filing correspondence to keep files current.
  • Scheduling appointments and liaising with clients.
  • Entering and managing data on the firm’s case management system.
  • Supporting the secretarial team, including providing cover for colleagues when needed.
  • Handling all confidential information with discretion.
