Customer Success Specialist Customer Support Türkiye

Help pet owners get the most out of the smart collar and be their trusted point of support.

Our customers entrust us with the safety of the companions they love, so our support experience matters as much as our product. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will stand by users from setup to subscription questions, resolve issues and carry the voice from the field into product improvement.

• Support customers via email, chat and phone
• Guide users on device setup, connectivity and subscriptions
• Diagnose technical issues and route them to the right teams
• Keep help-center content and FAQs up to date
• Gather customer feedback and share it with the product team
• Improve customer satisfaction and retention metrics
• Help new users adopt the product

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer support or success role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Turkish and English)
• Ability to explain technical products to users in simple terms
• A patient, empathetic and solution-oriented approach
• Experience with support tools (CRM/ticketing) is a plus
• An interest in pets and technology
• Works well within a team
