Customer Service Rep, Event Manager / Planner
About the Role
Join the Attractions Team at Skegness Pier, a leading family entertainment centre offering year‑round fun with attractions including soft play, bowling, laser quest, and escape rooms. Our attractions team supports the full customer journey, from greeting guests at the point of sale to operating our indoor attractions safely and professionally. You’ll help ensure every visitor enjoys a smooth, exciting, and memorable experience from start to finish.
PrincipalResponsibilities
- Provide a warm welcome at the point of sale, handling cash and card transactions accurately.
- Offer helpful information about attractions, packages, and promotions.
- Operate indoor attractions such as bowling, soft play, laser quest, and escape rooms in line with training and safety procedures.
- Carry out basic checks and resets on attraction equipment and spaces.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation within attraction areas.
- Work closely with team members to deliver a safe, enjoyable, and efficient guest experience.
- Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Reliable, friendly, and confident engaging with guests of all ages.
- Comfortable working in a busy indoor environment with varied attractions.
- A strong communicator with a positive attitude and great customer service skills. No experience required — just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
