Overview

The Diocese of Lincoln is seeking a confident, mission‑focused and collaborative priest to serve as Oversight Minister of Skegness and Assistant Archdeacon of East Lindsey
, helping to shape a healthy, vibrant and sustainable church across coastal and rural Lincolnshire.

This unique dual role combines parish leadership within the Coastal Local Mission Partnership with strategic diocesan responsibilities
, supporting clergy, lay leaders and mission partnerships across East Lindsey.

• You will join three active churches with:
• Weekly Holy Communion at St Matthew’s and twice‑monthly midweek services at St Clement’s.
• Strong lay leadership with 1 Reader and 4 ALMs
  .
• Active outreach including toddler groups, Messy Church, bereavement ministry, Mix & Make community group, Mothers’ Union and children’s ministry.

• Lead ministry in a diverse and dynamic seaside context.
• Shape the future of ministry across East Lindsey as part of a diocesan leadership team.
• Contribute directly to the transformation envisioned in A Time to Change Together

• Top‑10 clergy stipend levels and excellent clergy housing.
• A fully maintained 4‑bedroom vicarage in Winthorpe with solar panel installation planned.
