Platform Housing Group is seeking a Facilities Officer to join our specialist housing team in Lincolnshire. The role covers two schemes (Barratt Court, Skegness and Elizabeth Court, Louth) with occasional travel to nearby sites. It is a part-time post of 22 hours per week, likely spread over four days.
You will manage facilities duties, building safety, and compliance, acting as a key link with asset and property teams. An Enhanced DBS check is required, plus a valid UK driving licence.
