Up to £35,000 Basic + Benefits Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:00am-4:30pm Our client are expanding and looking for a highly organised Contract Administrator / Operations Administrator to support their operations team across project administration, scheduling, compliance and document control. This is a busy, fast-paced role where accuracy, communication and attention to detail are key. It would suit someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys supporting field teams, customers and internal stakeholders within a technical environment.
The Role
- Key Responsibilities Operations & Project Administration
* Assist with daily operational admin tasks
* Organise and maintain project documentation & records
* Support scheduling of jobs, meetings and training
* Communicate with clients, suppliers and internal teams
* Accurate data entry & system updating Compliance & Training Support
