Step up and strategically define the product range for ! You will help craft a diverse and compelling collection, driving profitability and shaping what our customers use to create beautiful spaces. This role is for a self‑starter who thrives on ownership and results.

• Global Product Sourcing – identify and source high‑quality new product lines from UK and international suppliers, ensuring compliance with design brief and quality standards.
• Strategic Negotiation – build solid partnerships with suppliers, securing favourable terms and conditions to guarantee value and reliability.
• Commercials – collaborate with senior stakeholders (Finance, Marketing) to execute smart pricing strategies that maximise profit, implement inventory control, optimise stock levels and ensure capital efficiency.
• Ranges – manage and balance the product portfolio, ensuring we always have the right mix to meet—and anticipate—customer demand across furniture and homewares.
• E‑Commerce Excellence – ensure every new product, launch and promotion is flawlessly set up across the systems, directly impacting customer ease of purchase.

• Proven buying experience in the homewares or furniture industry, ideally in e‑commerce, managing relationships with UK and international suppliers.
• Deep industry insight with analytical understanding of market trends, consumer preferences and competitive landscape.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to resolve complex commercial issues.
• Data‑driven decision making – analyse data, forecast demand, and inform product selection and pricing.
• Excellent organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in purchasing and inventory management systems.

  Leyland Head Office and Skelmersdale Warehouse, with travel as required.
• Reporting to:
  Head of Buying – MFI.
