From £170 per day (dependant on experience)
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and motivated Maths Teacher to join a successful and forward‑thinking Mathematics Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or an ambitious ECT looking to begin their career in a highly supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across KS3-KS4.
- Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Contribute to curriculum planning and development within the Maths department.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and uphold strong classroom management.
- Take part in departmental meetings, CPD, and whole‑school initiatives.
- Support the academic and personal development of all learners.
- Rated 'Good' in all areas by Ofsted, reflecting strong leadership, quality of education, and positive pupil behaviour
- Supportive and inclusive school community where pupils feel safe, valued, and part of a "family" environment
- Committed to high expectations and aspiration, with staff encouraging students to achieve their full potential
- Broad and balanced curriculum, with a strong focus on the English Baccalaureate and deep subject knowledge
- Clear ethos, fostering respect, resilience, and personal growth
- Strong focus on personal development, including leadership opportunities, student responsibility, and enrichment programmes
- Wide range of extracurricular opportunities, including sports, trips, and Duke of Edinburgh Award participation
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one.)
