Salary: up to £48,428 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to join the college as an Advanced Technical Lecturer in Electrical
, leading high-quality teaching and driving excellence across the Electrical curriculum.

This senior teaching position is ideal for an experienced electrical specialist who is passionate about sharing their knowledge, inspiring learners and supporting colleagues to deliver exceptional teaching and learning.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment across Entry Level to Level 3 Electrical programmes.
  • Lead subject pedagogy, ensuring curriculum delivery reflects current industry standards, employer expectations and future workforce needs.
  • Translate real-world electrical industry practice into engaging and inspiring learning experiences.
  • Design, develop and continually review high-quality curriculum resources and learning materials.
  • Clearly explain complex electrical concepts and demonstrate practical techniques using industry-standard equipment and technologies.
  • Support and mentor colleagues by sharing innovative teaching, learning and assessment practices.
  • Model excellent teaching and help raise standards across the wider Electrical delivery team.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of curriculum quality and learner outcomes.
