Job Description

• Manage and chase payments across a ledger of 300+ B2B customers
• Accurately post and allocate daily receipts
• Raise credit notes and ensure timely reduction of debtor days
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and letters to resolve payment issues
• Attend monthly meetings with senior finance leaders
• Set up new customers and monitor credit reports
• Upload invoices to customer portals and manage PO numbers
• Support wider finance tasks including invoicing and statement processing

• Previous experience in credit control or similar finance roles
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Calm under pressure with strong organisational abilities
• Detail-oriented and confident using Excel
• A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
