Salary: £32,000 - £35,000

New customer. New operation. Exciting opportunity. We're looking for an experienced First Line Manager to join us on a fixed-term contract
, playing a key role in the implementation and launch of an exciting new customer operation.

You'll join at a pivotal time, helping to build the operation from the ground up, embed new ways of working and create an engaged, high-performing team. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, leading through change and having the opportunity to make your mark, this is a fantastic chance to gain valuable implementation experience.
Full training and support will be provided to help you get up to speed with the operation, customer and relevant systems.

• Leading, engaging and developing colleagues to deliver against operational priorities
• Supporting the implementation of the new customer operation and embedding new processes and ways of working
• Managing day-to-day performance across safety, quality, service and productivity
• Using operational data and systems to identify issues, make decisions and keep the operation on track
• Working closely with colleagues, managers and customer stakeholders to deliver a successful operation

• Have previous people management or operational leadership experience
• Thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy the challenge of something new
• Are confident managing performance, priorities and changing operational demands
• Have strong communication skills and can build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
• Are keen to broaden their experience and be part of an exciting customer implementation
