We are seeking electrical or mechanical-biased Maintenance Engineers to support a growing and well-structured engineering team. This is not a firefighting role—you’ll be part of a large, well-invested factory with healthy maintenance budgets, strong processes, and a supportive team ethos. • Deliver hands‑on engineering support to keep production running smoothly.
• Perform both reactive and planned maintenance.
• Use the CMMS system to record and track maintenance activities.
• Work closely with production to meet performance goals.
• Follow safety and repair best practices at all times.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Be part of a collaborative, supportive engineering team with a strong culture of teamwork.

• Time-served or apprenticeship-trained engineer.
• Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or ONC/HNC preferred).
• Strong electrical skill set.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• A positive, proactive mindset and a team player.
• Eagerness to grow, learn, and contribute to a forward‑thinking engineering department.

• Salary of c £59k.
• Quarterly bonus (£1,400 – £3,200 annually).
