Fabricator/Welder Supervisor
We're working with a manufacturer of bespoke equipment and assemblies serving a range of markets including Subsea, Nuclear, and Heavy Manufacturing.
The RoleThis position is ideal for an experienced, hands‑on Fabricator/Welder with supervisory experience who takes pride in high‑quality workmanship. You'll be responsible for fabricating and welding to a high standard—mainly MIG, with TIG skills an advantage—while also leading a small team to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
The Individual- Time‑served experience in fabrication and welding
- Ability to interpret detailed engineering drawings
- Proven supervisory experience (managing 5–6 team members)
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior management
- Competitive hourly rate from £20.00 – £22.00 (dependent on experience)
- 39‑hour day shift, Monday to Friday
- Overtime paid at x1.3
