Pay Rates:

£12.96 - Day shift
Pay rate: £ 15.81 shift
Pay rate: £ 16.85 night shift
OT1.5: £19.44 & OT2: £25.93

Working Hours:

Standard shifts are 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm. Candidates must be flexible to work various shift patterns, including nights.

Role Overview

We are looking for reliable and motivated Production Operators to join the Filter Line team in Skelmersdale. This is a key role within the production environment, where you will ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality output throughout the manufacturing process.

Health & Safety will be one of your main priorities, and you will be expected to follow and promote all site safety guidelines at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Adhere to and promote all Health & Safety standards within the workplace.
Set up machines and operate equipment according to SOPs and training processes.
Work from written or verbal instructions and general operating procedures.
Maintain control over product quality throughout production.
Perform basic data entry tasks and ensure accurate reporting.
Work effectively with minimal supervision.
Operate with strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
Work independently using relevant production documentation.
Contribute positively as part of an effective team environment.
Prioritise and organise tasks efficiently to meet production targets.
Demonstrate consistent "good working habits".
Support the business by working various shift patterns, including nights.

Skills & Attributes

Ability to work effectively with little supervision.
Strong initiative and confidence working from production documentation.
Effective team player with good communication skills.
Strong organisational and task‑prioritisation abilities.
Demonstrated reliability and positive working habits.
Willingness and ability to work different shifts, including nights.
Basic computer proficiency preferred.
