Location: Parbold
Co‑op Digital is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Parbold to manage day‑to‑day store operations while leading a shift team. The role requires hands‑on work on the shop floor and tills, delivering excellent service and efficient store performance.
You will motivate and coach colleagues, engage with merchandising, stock accuracy and HR processes, and champion Co‑op membership and community engagement. This permanent, part‑time role includes regular overtime and varied shifts.
