Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm £40,000 Basic Salary + Commission

Are you a commercially driven sales professional with a proven track record of winning new business and leading successful teams?

We're looking for an ambitious New Business Manager to take ownership of business development activities, drive growth, and lead a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales leader who enjoys building relationships, developing sales strategies, and motivating others to exceed targets.

• Lead, motivate and develop the New Business team.
• Generate and convert new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales and lead generation strategies.
• Monitor team performance, KPIs and sales activity.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Produce regular management reports and sales forecasts.
• Oversee CRM management and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Attend networking events and exhibitions when required.
• Handle sales-related customer enquiries and complaints.

• Proven experience in a Business Development, Sales or New Business Management role.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
• Previous team management experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Organised, commercially minded and self-motivated.

• £40,000 basic salary
• Uncapped commission earnings
