Minimum 12 months outbound telesales experience (essential) A stable work history with strong tenure Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Confident in cold calling, objection handling and closing deals Resilient, driven and motivated to succeed

The role:

High-volume outbound calling (cold & warm leads) Full sales cycle ownership from first call to close Cross-selling products to meet customer needs Building and managing your own sales pipeline Working to clear KPIs in a supportive team environment What youll benefit from: A good salary of £29,000 with OTE £40,375 in a permanent full-time position. Great working hours Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) (no evenings or weekend working).
