Skelmersdale | £30,000–£40,000 basic salary | Bonus | Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm | Office-based Are you an experienced sales professional who has sold services over the telephone and can lead by example? Bright-Search is recruiting an Inbound Sales Team Leader / Manager for Federal Management, an established debt recovery business in Skelmersdale. This is a hands-on player-manager role : you will handle enquiries, win business and help a small sales team improve its performance.

We're looking for someone who enjoys selling and can coach colleagues through practical support and example. The role Handle predominantly inbound enquiries from prospective clients. Understand clients' requirements and explain the company's debt recovery services clearly and professionally. Convert enquiries into new business through consultative telephone sales. Follow up quotations and enquiries to secure instructions. Lead, motivate and coach a small sales team.

Monitor sales activity, conversion rates and follow-up standards. Maintain your own sales performance while supporting the team. Work closely with management and operational colleagues to ensure a smooth client handover. What we're looking for Proven experience selling a service over the telephone is essential. Legal services sales experience is preferred , particularly debt recovery, litigation or related services. Experience leading or coaching a sales team, or a strong sales record with clear readiness to step into leadership.

The ability to build trust, explain services and handle objections professionally. A practical, commercially focused approach to improving sales performance. Strong organisation and consistent follow-up. A manageable daily commute to Skelmersdale, ideally living within approximately 15 miles. Applicants from other service sales backgrounds are welcome where they can demonstrate strong telephone sales results and leadership potential. Retail-only or administration-only experience will not meet the requirements.

The package £30,000–£40,000 basic salary , depending on relevant experience and leadership capability. Additional performance-related bonus. Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. Office-based position in Skelmersdale. Predominantly inbound sales enquiries. An opportunity to combine personal sales success with team leadership.
