What You Will Do:

• Conduct initial assessments and ensure the safeguarding of children and families
• Collaborate with various agencies to develop comprehensive care plans
• Provide support and guidance to families in need of assistance
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for case reviews
• Attend and contribute to team meetings and case conferences
• Keep abreast of changes in legislation and policies affecting social work practice
