Shift patterns: 4 on, 4 off Day Shift 06:00 - 17:30

DHL Supply Chain is the world’s leading logistics company. We are looking for a Warehouse Shift Manager to lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing team while ensuring efficient, accurate and customer‑focused warehouse operations in a fast‑paced, time‑critical environment.

• Assist operational management by initiating, monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and staff performance for your designated shift.
• Manage and implement productivity by communicating job expectations to direct line reports, ensuring that all deadlines are safely met within allocated time frames and maintaining standards of excellence.
• Be responsible for Health and Safety across the operation, driving a Safety First Culture to keep all staff safe in the workplace.
• Support a continuous improvement programme to increase efficient and effective working practices within the operation.

• Have proven people‑management experience within a warehouse environment, ideally in e‑commerce or other fast‑paced, high‑volume operations.
• Have experience managing next‑day or time‑critical order fulfilment processes.
• Possess a strong customer focus and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
• Be IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems.
