Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: 4 on, 4 off – 06:00-17:30 or 18:00 - 05:30

We're looking for a dedicated Warehouse First Line Manager to help drive performance, support colleagues and deliver exceptional service within our busy warehouse environment.

You’ll lead by example, promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement, and play a vital role in ensuring our operation runs effectively every day.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Support the day-to-day running of your designated warehouse area, monitoring performance and providing updates to management on operational effectiveness
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve productivity and quality targets, ensuring workloads are planned effectively and deadlines are delivered safely and on time
  • Coordinate daily activities and communicate clear expectations to colleagues, helping to maintain high standards and a positive working environment
  • Monitor and manage order progress through warehouse systems, ensuring accurate stock movement, record keeping and timely order fulfilment
  • Promote a safe and compliant workplace by championing Health & Safety standards and encouraging best practice across the operation
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
  • Have previous experience leading or supervising teams within a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment
  • Are confident working in fast-paced operations where customer service, accuracy and timely delivery are key priorities
  • Have strong organisational skills and can effectively prioritise workloads while supporting team performance
  • Are comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, Warehouse Management Systems and other operational technology
  • Enjoy developing others, solving problems and creating a positive, high-performing team culture
