Our client is a local independent accountancy firm who seek an experienced R&D Tax Specialist to join their R&D department based in Cross hills which is between Keighley and Skipton in West Yorkshire. Excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional with several years’ experience in practice to take ownership your own portfolio of clients including end to end R&D claims, working directly with clients, and liaising confidently with HMRC.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of R&D legislation, DSIT Guidelines and CIRD guidance. You must be confident in conducting technical interviews and translating complex technical information into clear written narratives. You will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and great organisation skills.
Hybrid and flexible working will be considered for the right candidate. This role would suit someone who likes to work autonomously running their own workload and building relationships with clients.
