Full Time | Permanent | 9:00am – 5:30pm
We are currently recruiting for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join a busy and supportive team based in Skipton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety within their role and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.
The Role
* Managing general office administration
* Ordering stationery and office supplies
* Coordinating vendors, cleaners and property management
* Managing room bookings and courier arrangements
* Monitoring shared inboxes, including triaging and filing emails
* Supporting incoming email and telephone enquiries
* Preparing contracts and key documentation
* Collecting onboarding paperwork and certificates
* Managing compliance documentation
* Researching global visa requirements
* Arranging travel and accommodation bookings
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Calm and adaptable when priorities change
* Confident communicating via phone and email
* Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
* Experienced within administration or office support
