IMPRESSION RECRUITMENT LIMITED in Skipton is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join a growing, supportive team. You’ll manage a portfolio of client accounts, becoming the main point of contact and delivering proactive, personalised service across a hybrid 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
You’ll build strong relationships, respond to enquiries by phone and email, and work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
