You will be joining the Journey Experience team, consisting of 2 Service Design Leads, 4 Senior Service Design Specialists, 3 Senior Researchers and 6 Senior UX Design Specialists. Our core role is to shape and drive exceptional member experiences by designing simple, seamless experiences that deliver meaningful value for the business and our customers.##

** What Will You Be Doing?
*** Working as part of outcome‐focused product teams to design experiences that make our members happier and deliver value against our corporate plan.
* Translating desired outcomes into clear UX activities, ensuring design priorities align with strategic goals and product roadmaps.
* Using member insight, behavioural data and market trends to influence product direction, roadmap decisions and prioritisation.
* Designing end‐to‐end journeys, flows and interfaces that balance member needs, technical feasibility and business outcomes.
* Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Research and stakeholders to define problems, co‐create solutions and iterate quickly based on feedback.
* Planning and conducting usability testing to validate concepts and improve designs.
* Contributing to the evolution of our design system to support consistent, scalable member experiences.
* Championing user‐centred and design‐thinking principles across the organisation, sharing best practice to strengthen design capability.
* Setting and maintaining consistent UX standards, processes and tools to deliver outstanding digital experiences for our members.## ##
** What Do We Need From You?
*** Extensive UX design experience, with strong capability in interaction design, visual design and responsive/mobile‐first design.
* Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to confidently challenge decisions and navigate complex stakeholder conversations.
* Ability to turn complex problems into clear, intuitive and user‐centred design solutions that deliver value for members and the organisation.
* Experience planning and conducting usability testing and feeding insights into iterative design improvements.
