• Provide high-quality classroom support under the direction of the class teacher
• Deliver targeted intervention sessions to individuals and small groups
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage full pupil participation
• Assist in planning and preparing engaging learning activities
• Support pupils with additional needs, ensuring inclusivity at all times
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents and external professionals

• A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) – essential
• Experience working with primary-aged pupils within a school or childcare setting
• A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and learning strategies
• Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills
• A caring, patient, outgoing and proactive approach to supporting young learners
