Role Description

This is a full-time, Entertainment Talent Booker/Agent role based in Skipton, Yorkshire, with some flexibility required for occasional travel. The Talent Booker/Agent will source, evaluate, and secure Guest Entertainment Acts. Day-to-day tasks include managing artist relationships, negotiating contracts and fees, coordinating availability and scheduling for cruise and luxury venue engagements, and maintaining accurate booking records. The role involves close collaboration with creative, production, and operations teams to match talent to specific concepts and briefs, supporting casting calls, auditions, and onboarding processes.

The Talent Booker/Agent will also monitor entertainment trends, maintain a robust talent network, and contribute to sales proposals and client pitches where talent is a key element of the offering.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of the Entertainment Industry and Entertainment booking practices.
  • Excellent Communication skills for negotiating contracts, managing talent relationships, and collaborating with internal teams and clients.
  • Knowledge of Guest Acts and Music in live performance environments, with an ability to assess artistic quality and suitability for specific projects.
  • Sales skills to support talent-related proposals, pitch entertainment concepts, and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Experience in talent booking, agency work, casting, or related roles in live entertainment, theatre, or music.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and contracts with strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Comfort working in an office environment, using digital tools for communication, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Professional, inclusive approach to working with diverse performers and teams; commitment to non-discriminatory practices.
  • Relevant education or training in performing arts, entertainment management, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
