Proven experience working in a similar tax and compliance role.
A relevant Finance or Tax qualification, such as ACCA, ACA or CTA.
Confidence working with ERP systems, databases and large sets of data.
The ability to work accurately and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
An interest in a varied role combining regular reporting with ad hoc project work.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do approach, with the confidence to identify improvement opportunities and drive change.
Experience in the construction sector would be advantageous but is not a prerequisite.
