At Robinsons Brewery, we’re about more than brewing award-winning ales. For over 185 years, we’ve been creating warm, welcoming experiences across our managed pubs and hotels. We’re now looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to become the welcoming face of The Tempest Arms.

As Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring every visit starts and ends on a positive note.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism
• Managing check-ins, check-outs, and room reservations efficiently
• Handling telephone and email enquiries
• Liaising with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Maintaining accurate records and reports
• Providing local information and helping guests enjoy an exceptional stay

We’re looking for someone who is approachable, organised, and passionate about great service.

You’ll Bring:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred)
• Confidence using booking systems and general IT software
• A positive, can-do attitude and a team-focused approach
