CPOMS Systems is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support CPOMS, Staff Safe, Engage and related systems, driving successful implementations and training for clients. You will deliver high customer satisfaction through project management, training, and adherence to data privacy laws.
Based in Skipton with hybrid work, you will meet clients post-sale, develop project plans, track milestones, and coordinate with the Professional Services team to ensure timely delivery and value realization.
