Salary: £40,000-£60,000 DOE

A respected, long-standing law firmis seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor to join its expanding team.

• Manage a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Carry out title checks, draft contracts and respond to enquiries
• Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, solicitors and lenders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards
• Maintain exceptional client service and build strong, lasting relationships

• Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor with 6+ years' experience handling a full residential caseload independently
• Solid understanding of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Clear, confident communicator with a client-focused approach
• Proficient in using case management systems

• Competitive salary between £40,000-£60,000, depending on experience
