We are recruiting a dedicated and motivated Service Manager / Team Leader to oversee a specialist supported living service in Skipton
. This service supports adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, complex needs and mobility needs
, helping individuals to live as independently as possible within a safe and person‑centred environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident Service Manager or experienced Team Leader who is passionate about delivering high‑quality support to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health challenges and complex needs
.

• Lead, motivate and develop a staff team supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs and complex needs in Skipton
• Ensure the service meets all CQC standards and delivers safe, high‑quality care
• Supervise, mentor and support staff development, promoting strong leadership within the Team Leader structure
• Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce development within the Skipton service
• Oversee care planning, risk management and person‑centred support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health and complex needs
• Build strong relationships with families, professionals and external stakeholders
• Support operational oversight including rota management, compliance and service performance
• Work closely with senior leadership to continuously improve the supported living service in Skipton

We are looking for a confident Service Manager or experienced Team Leader with strong knowledge of supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs and complex needs
.

You will ideally have:

• Experience as a Service Manager
  , Deputy Manager or Team Leader within a CQC‑regulated service
• Strong leadership and staff development skills
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC compliance and supported living best practice
• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health and complex needs
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
• Commitment to delivering outstanding support services in Skipton
