- Own and track benefits realisation plans against agreed baselines.
- Monitor and explain variance between planned and realised benefits.
- Report financial, operational, risk and customer outcomes.
- Ensure strong audit and assurance outcomes.
- Lead delivery across waterfall, agile, SAFe and hybrid models.
- Drive adoption of agile and product‑centric ways of working.
- Manage resourcing against demand to inform prioritisation decisions.
- Ensure operational readiness before go‑live.
- Enable smooth transition of change into BAU.
- Improve change success rates, quality, cycle time and risk outcomes.
- Champion transparency, accountability and collaboration.

- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Proven ability to build and lead high‑performing change teams.
- Confident decision‑maker with a curious, challenging mindset.
- Clear communicator able to simplify complex information.
- 10+ years' experience in private sector organisations, including Financial Services.
- Senior leadership of enterprise‑level change portfolios.
- Track record delivering complex, high‑profile change end‑to‑end.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, technology and business change.
