Arco Recruitment Ltd. seeks an experienced Branch Manager for a busy builders merchant branch, responsible for leading sales, operations, and customer service across trade and retail customers.
You will drive profitability, develop local sales strategies, manage a high-performing team, and ensure industry standards and health & safety compliance are maintained. Monday–Friday with alternate Saturday mornings; salary up to £55,000 DOE plus company car.
