We're looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join our production team. This role involves operating and maintaining machinery such as Die Cutting, Folding & Gluing, Laminating, and Printing equipment.
Shifts- Weekly rotating pattern
- Week 1: 6am-2pm (Mon-Fri) @ £13.32 / hr
- Week 2: 2pm-11pm (Mon-Thu), 2pm-6pm (Fri) @ £15.98 / hr
8am-5.15pm (Mon-Thu), 8am-5pm (Fri)
Key Responsibilities- Set up, operate, and monitor production machines to produce high-quality products.
- Carry out adjustments, tooling changes, and speed optimisation to meet targets.
- Inspect materials, identify defects, and maintain product quality standards.
- Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance in line with BRC hygiene requirements.
- Report equipment issues, tooling damage, or required upgrades to the Team Leader and engineering team.
- Ensure materials and equipment are stocked and ready for production.
