We’re looking for an Improvement Lead to drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. If you’re passionate about efficiency, quality, and embedding a culture of excellence, this is your chance to make a real impact.
What you’ll do:- ✔ Lead and embed continuous improvement initiatives using Quality and Lean tools
- ✔ Analyse data to identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions
- ✔ Drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost
- ✔ Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities
- ✔ Act as a key player in new product introductions and Capex projects
- ✅ Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
- ✅ Strong knowledge of Quality and GMP compliance
- ✅ Practical experience with continuous improvement methodologies
- ✅ Excellent communication and data analysis skills
- ✅ Experience of improvements
(Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and pharma experience are a plus!)
