CNC Machinist (Programming) £44,000 - £49,000  Flexible Hours  Bonus  25 Days Holiday  Monday to Friday  Days Based High Wycombe Are you a CNC Machinist with programming experience looking to broaden your career with training on tooling design, CMM, and a range of modern machinery? Are you looking to join a close-knit, precision engineering company offering a Monday to Friday role, with flexible hours and an early finish every Friday?

In this role you will be responsible for setting up your own workload then following the order of production to make aerospace components. You will work on a variety of machinery, including milling machines and lathes, both setting and programming. Founded nearly 30 years ago, this machine shop specialise in a range of both one-off and large batch components, supplying primarily into the aerospace industry.

They pride themselves on their low staff turnover due to their collaborative and relaxed working environment. This role would suit somebody who has experience milling and turning, both setting and programming, looking for a wide variety of day-to-day work within a dynamic and forward thinking company.

The Role:

Setting and programming CNC lathes and milling machines Working on XYZ machines with Siemens language, training given if needed Full training on using CMM and designing jigs/fixtures In a close-knit workshop of 8 people, relaxed and steady environment Monday to Thursday 7/7:30am start till 4:30pm, finish 12pm on Friday, 39.5 hours a week
