An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quality Inspector to join a growing and forward-thinking manufacturer. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in quality, compliance, and continuous improvement, with long-term progression into areas such as QHSE, industrial engineering, and process improvement.

As a Quality Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring product quality and compliance across the business.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the QHSE Manager with compliance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
• Carrying out inspection of components, finished products, and goods inward
• Conducting spot checks to maintain ISO system documentation and standards
• Reporting non-conformances and supporting corrective action processes (NCRs)
• Monitoring and verifying resolution of quality issues within agreed timescales
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and preventative action
• Supporting new process development and product improvements
• Carrying out Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental audits across the site

• Experience or understanding of manufacturing or production environments
• Confident using inspection tools such as verniers, micrometers, and bore gauges
• Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) preferred
• Familiar with continuous improvement tools such as DMAIC, 5S, or Kaizen (advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail with excellent reporting skills
• Confident communicator, able to work with teams at all levels and support training
