Café Assistant​/Barista - Part Time

Overview

This role is ideally suited to a school leaver or college student (Age 16+) as it’s a weekend and summer role. Alongside, there is the opportunity for more shifts within the week should you want them.

• Minimum 1 year barista experience
• Confident dialling in espresso & steaming milk
• Friendly, energetic and great with customers
• Able to work at least one weekend shift every week
• A team player who enjoys a busy, creative environment
• Local to Skipton or the immediate area

Ideally you’ll have existing barista skills but training will be provided if not. The role will include combining preparing and serving beverages, especially coffee, with general customer service and cafe upkeep. They handle orders, operate the till, and ensure the cafe is clean and well-stocked.
