Job Description & How to Apply Below

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Coordinator to support the management of our DIY hardware product catalogue — with a focus on cabinet handles, knobs, pulls, and fittings.

This role will help create, maintain, and improve product listings across our Woo Commerce website and major marketplaces like Amazon and eBay. You’ll play a key part in ensuring customers can quickly find the right handle, in the right finish, in the right size — by keeping our listings accurate, consistent, and easy to shop.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their ecommerce career who enjoys structured work, has a strong eye for detail, and wants to grow into product and marketplace management.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Product Listings (Woo Commerce)
  • Create and update product listings on Woo Commerce (training provided).
  • Add product titles, descriptions, specifications, and images.
  • Set up and maintain product variations such as:
  • size
  • pack size / multipacks (where relevant)
  • Keep categories, tags, and filters organised so products are easy to find.
Product Data Accuracy (Important for Cabinet Hardware)
  • Ensure listings clearly show key details customers need:
  • hole centres and measurements
  • overall length / projection
  • included fixings (e.g., screws)
  • finish and material
  • Follow listing templates and data standards to keep everything consistent.
Marketplace Support (Amazon / eBay)
  • Assist with creating and updating marketplace listings (with guidance).
  • Upload product information, images, and variations using marketplace tools.
  • Help monitor and fix basic listing issues (missing attributes, image errors, variations not displaying correctly).
Images & Content
  • Ensure every product has the right image set and meets platform requirements.
  • Resize/crop images and keep file naming organised.
  • Bonus: edit product images in Photoshop (background cleanup, colour correction, adding simple measurement diagrams).
General Ecommerce Support
  • Work with team to help keep:
  • stock status
  • Support new product launches and updates across all channels.
  • Act as support for the customer service team by learning how to respond to customer queries
  • Potential data entry into Sage
    50 for accounting purposes
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail — you’re comfortable working with measurements and product specs.
  • Good written English and a clear, practical writing style.
  • Comfortable using Excel
  • Interest in ecommerce and DIY/home improvement products.
  • Organised, reliable, and keen to learn.
  • Someone who can cope with variety in their work role and manage their own time productively.
  • Any experience with Woo Commerce product entry/management.
  • Familiarity with selling platforms like Amazon or eBay
    .
  • Basic image editing experience (Photoshop, Canva, or similar).
  • Driving licence: due to the location of our office driving is preferred.
Training & Support

You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. You’ll receive training and clear processes, including:

  • product listing templates and style guides
  • variation setup standards (finishes, sizes, hole spacing)
  • marketplace listing support
  • quality checks and workflows
What Success Looks Like
  • Listings are accurate, consistent, and easy for customers to shop.
  • Variants are set up correctly (finish/size/centres) with clear images.

Product pages reduce confusion and help prevent returns.
  • You grow in confidence managing more products and marketplace activity over time.
  • You consistently demonstrate reliability, organisation, effort and integrate well into the existing team.
