At GO Outdoors, a Store Colleague helps deliver a great in‑store experience, greeting customers, maintaining presentation standards, and ensuring the shop runs smoothly in a fast‑paced retail environment.

• Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and guiding them to the right products.
• Use in‑store systems to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer journey.
• Keep the shop floor clean, organised, and fully replenished, ensuring displays stay fresh and aligned with company standards.
• Support day‑to‑day store tasks, including till duties, restocking, and compliance with safety and store guidelines.

• Positive, enthusiastic approach suited to a fast‑paced, customer‑focused retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, confident engaging customers and working as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn, take on new tasks, and develop skills in a supportive store environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and busy seasonal periods.
