Horton Housing is recruiting two full-time Support Coaches to join LIFE Craven in Craven. The roles are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, helping people we support to achieve personal goals and become tenancy ready.
You will work in partnership to devise tailored support plans, assist with accessing welfare and life skills coaching, and conduct welfare checks while following safeguarding policies. Applicants must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
