As a Power Platform Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our digital evolution. You’ll develop, innovate, and maintain Power Platform solutions that streamline processes, empower colleagues, and enhance the experience of our members. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business, turning ideas into powerful, automated products that make a real difference.

• Lead the end‑to‑end technical delivery of solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate Cloud, Power Automate Desktop, and Power Apps.
• Design apps and workflows that simplify processes and deliver measurable value.
• Build automated processes using cloud and desktop flows.
• Develop intuitive Power Apps (canvas and model‑driven).
• Implement ALM best practices, including environment strategy and CI/CD.
• Champion security and compliance across all solutions.
• Drive quality and performance through testing, optimisation, and standards.
• Mentor and support engineers, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
• Explore new Power Platform capabilities and shape our automation strategy.

• Professional certifications: PL‑200:
  Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, PL‑400:
  Power Platform Developer Associate, AZ‑900:
  Azure Fundamentals.
• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Power Platform.
