About the Role
You’ll be out on the road, driving one of our 3.5‑tonne vans and working alongside an assistant to fulfil our high‑quality delivery service. You’ll be hands‑on in this physical role alongside your driver assistant. You will have an excellent customer service manor.
Responsibilities- Drive the 3.5‑tonne van and deliver goods efficiently.
- Work with a driver assistant to maintain high standards of service.
- Provide friendly and personable customer service, making our customers happy.
- Current valid UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Previous 3.5‑tonne van driving experience (minimum 2 years).
- Knowledge of home delivery services is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and carry crates of milk, vegetables and other produce.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- 3 AM to 11:30 AM (40 hours per week, 30‑minute unpaid break).
- Full‑time role, 5 days a week, including Saturday. Sunday + one rota day off.
- £510 per week (new April rate) – £12.75 per hour.
- Uniform provided.
