Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + £6,500 Car Allowance

We are working on behalf of a leading UK Tier 1 main contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a high-profile defence project on an RAF base in Lincolnshire.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business renowned for delivering complex, secure and technically challenging projects across defence, infrastructure, building and public sector frameworks. The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards in a secure environment.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing site activities, subcontractors and direct labour

* Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety and security procedures

* Coordinating works with the wider project team and client representatives

* Maintaining programme milestones and quality standards

* Producing site reports and contributing to project meetings

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction projects

* Experience working in secure or regulated environments (defence, MOD, infrastructure or similar)

* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications

* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

* £50,000 – £60,000 basic salary

* £6,500 car allowance
