Internal Sales

We’re working with a well-established and growing independent electrical wholesaler to recruit an experienced Internal Sales Manager for its busy branch in Sleaford.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional with a strong background in electrical wholesale to take ownership of the internal sales function, develop customer relationships and play a key role in driving branch performance.

The Role

Working closely with the Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and maximising sales opportunities, strengthening existing customer relationships and helping drive the continued growth of the business.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Identifying new business opportunities and maximising sales from existing accounts.

* Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.

* Driving sales performance, profitability and customer service standards.

* Supporting the Branch Manager with the ongoing development and success of the branch.

* Contributing to a positive, commercially focused and customer-driven team environment.

The Candidate:

* Proven sales experience within the electrical wholesale industry.

* A strong track record in sales development

* Excellent commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.

* The ability to build lasting customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow sales.

* Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
