Superintendent - Commercial Concrete

Coastline Concrete & Infrastructure (CCI) is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial concrete construction projects. We're looking for a hands‑on leader who understands concrete construction, takes ownership of daily production, and knows how to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

This position is responsible for coordinating crews, materials and equipment while working closely with project management to deliver quality work on schedule. The Superintendent may also work alongside field crews when needed to support project execution.

• Lead and coordinate daily field operations on commercial concrete projects.
• Plan and sequence work to meet schedules and production goals.
• Oversee concrete activities, including forming, reinforcing steel, placement, and finishing.
• Direct field crews and coordinate equipment, and materials.
• Monitor productivity, workmanship, and jobsite safety.
• Work alongside field crews when needed to keep projects moving.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Identify and resolve field challenges while communicating with project management.
• Maintain daily reports and communicate project progress.

• 5+ years of commercial concrete construction experience, including field leadership.
• Strong understanding of concrete construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Experience leading crews and managing daily production.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and adapt to changing project needs.
• Comfortable using basic technology for field reporting and communication.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred to support effective communication with field crews and project teams.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work on active construction sites.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and humidity.
• Ability to perform hands‑on construction activities as needed.

• Specific vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
