We are seeking a leader to oversee three H&R Block tax offices, driving growth and delivering a strong client experience across multiple offices.

• Provide leadership over three H&R Block tax offices and lead customer-centric teams to accelerate seasonal tax business.
• Front-line manager responsible for leadership and development of associates, delivering an outstanding client experience, and achieving office growth objectives for three offices.
• Start with a flexible part-time schedule in the fall; transition to full-time January–April, including evening and weekend hours as needed; in-person role.
• Must travel between offices as required.
• Prepare tax returns as needed, upon successful completion of the Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment*

• People management experience with the ability to grow and develop associates
• Ability to execute growth plans and lead toward a growth culture
• Strong decision-making and judgment in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Computer proficiency with MS Office
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or high school diploma with equivalent experience
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course (if preparing tax returns)*
