Overview

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Resident Assistant (RA) at Anderson Memory Care in Slidell. Anderson Memory Care is an award-winning Alzheimer’s and Dementia assisted living community. We are looking for compassionate individuals to provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to Residents. CNA certification is required.

Resident Assistant Pay rate STARTING @ $14 per hour (Weekend Shift Differential of $3.00/HR — Which means you will make $17/HR if you pick up weekend shifts!)

Current Shifts Needed: Full Time and Part Time Evening Shifts 3:00pm-11:00pm

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
• Respond to residents’ call system promptly and courteously
• Demonstrate good decision-making skills
• Complete and sign incident reports and provide follow-up as required
• Maintain a comfortable and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors
• Teamwork is a must

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Must have patience along with a passion to serve seniors and make a difference in their lives each day
• 1-year experience with seniors preferred
