Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist

Location:

2132 Gause Blvd E, Ste 6, Slidell, LA 70461

Schedule:

Monday through Friday

Compensation: $50 per hour

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Hand Therapist‑Occupational Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic center! Although a certified hand therapist (CHT) is preferred, we are willing to consider occupational therapists with a level II fieldwork in hands (required). We have a network of hand therapists and CHTs available for support and are excited to mentor occupational therapists aspiring to be a CHT.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)‑accredited school of occupational therapy.
  • CPR certification.
  • Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post‑op orthopedic.
  • Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred.
